Looking to buy a cheap motherboard >£100

Socket 1155 and Z68 would be nice :P oh and intergrated graphics

Any suggestions? :good:
 
Why is is the Z77 cheaper than the Z68 :S I thought it was newer? I've seen a lot of people arguing about z77 vs. z68, what's our opinion? :)

Z77 is newer, and will run cooler. Basically you will be better future proofed, and get everything you would with Z68.
 
I'd buy Z77 now, it's the latest and runs cooler. Why buy into the previous generation when the newer generation is a better product and cheaper?

I own a Z68 based board myself but that's because I bought my board before Z77 had arrived.
 
Stock Intel, I'm on a core 2 Duo if the coolers are different. I might get a after market cpu cooler after I upgrade, lga775 coolers aren't usually compatible with new mothdrboards like lga1155.
 
I am pretty sure 99% of coolers are compatible between 775 and 1155, and I am 150% sure that all 1156 coolers will fit 1155. And the V8 is a good cooler, but the V6GT is better.
