Maybe Spend more on the PSU if your going to be upgrading down the road, and grab a 650 or 700W unit, thats all that looks a little off other than missing DVD drive and OS
 
Motherboard could be better. For that price you can not really beat a UD3H on specs.

Also would look at different cases. That one has limited cable management. But then again, you can always beat CM on specs and quality for the same price with other brands.
 
It is not a matter of features, but quality. On the lower end gigabyte generally has better/higher VRM count, more copper (meaning the board can handle higher current load), and for the most part just an overall better build. The ASUS board will do, but the gigabyte will do better for longer.
 
I would change the case and get the UD3H if you can get that for the same price.
Get a Corsair 300R instead :)

Don't know where you're at budget wise. So we can help you better what's the most you want to spend?
@ NE it looks like 635 shipped after the 3 instant promos.10% less than that if you're a 1st time customer so will that 10% apply?
