No gaming.... at all, I would still go with a 7600GT

Thanks for all the suggestions, I changed the monitor to the one suggested, as well as adding the 7600GT over the other GPU. The total now is 1101.07, so thats good.

Does anyone else have any final suggestions before ordering?

IMO, as far as he is not gaming, I would suggest getting ATI 2600XT or 2400Pro. At least they are HDCP Ready.
You may also consider get GIGABYTE GA-G33M-S2H. Its have onboard video with DVI + HDMI
Also, I personally will get an external USB wireless adaptor than an internal one. The difference in price is not significant, and some them you may want the adaptor use in other computer.

Also, Do your friend have TV card? If he do not control the PC with remote, there is no point to get a MCE. May just go for XP home. Or Vista Premium if he like.
