Okay, So my friends has a crappy toshiba laptop that can't run minecraft over 20fps and he is in desperate need for a gaming PC. He will only be playing games like minecraft, Garry's mod, and COD WAW. just older games that don't have extreme graphics. He doesn't have a lot a money and needs just something that will run those type of games smoothly without issues. If anyone could help please name parts and links. We will probably build the PC so just need recommended parts. Thanks! Nate

$400 for component is a bit tight, You can probably consider
AMD Athlon x 4 760K
A88X motherboard
8GB RAM (recommend go for single stick of 8GB if your mobo only have two ram slot)
HDD - Seagate/ WD blue, what ever size suit you
Video card - R7 250X/ R7 250 (which ever suit your budget)
PSU - corsair 500W or EVGA 500W. These are cheap but acceptable quality
Case - $30 - 40 budget case e.g. NXZT source 210/ Fractal Design Core 1000 (matx)

The initial suggestion of going 1 x 8GB is due to Mobo only support 2 RAM slot. So when upgrade in future, he can just get another 8GB
$90 for RAM seems expensive for $400 budget. I personally would get cheaper RAM
