Build I'm Planning (July 22nd)

On July 22nd I'm hoping to buy the following components I would like opinions on my setup although I'm already $52 over budget and I don't want to make it $152 over budget. Keeping in mind this is not a pure gaming build at all.

Well Fry has the antec 900 for around 90$, buy.com for around 104$ for the corsair, and you could change teh motherboard to a normal one instead of a P35 since for the moment there isn't need for it, those things could drop the amount you need and maybe a little more to get better monitors or a better video card
 
I live in canada so Frys or buy.com arnt really options everything here is from canada computers... I could look into a DS3 I guess though
