Build me a computer?

You think you can get me a parts list on a $350 USD budget dual core computer?
I don't expect a gaming rig, but a PCI-Ex16 slot would be nice for upgradeability.
Also, It's not completely necessary, but an Intel would be nice.
Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, and HDD are not needed.

Some more specific information would be helpful to everyone. What kind of thing are you going to be using it for? Do you need an operating system? Keyboard/mouse? Monitor? Please post back, and then people can start helping.

I don't need a Keyboard, mouse, or monitor, but do need an OS. Vista would be nice, even Home Basic.

oscaryu1 how the hell do you make those so fast? do you have certain budgets builds bookmarked in your pc or something?

EDIT: since his budget can go as high as $400, i think an e2180 would be better, and either an 8500GT or an 8600GT...

I was looking at something similar to both of those but with onboard video.
Thanks for the suggestions
