Need to build for moderate gaming like Sims 4 and some PC exclusive games like AoE at 1080p/60fps. I also need it for school and stocks as I penny trade alot. I will have it plugged up to the TV and a wireless mouse keyboard monitor and case is not part of the budget. However a mid tower is what ill like to use. Just for motherboard reasons. I also don't think ill need a disk drive but it'll help. Thank you. I used to be a avid member of this forum but android took me away and with windows 10 coming out I'm interested again.

This'll be quite the upgrade from your current system. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XwG3vK

You can always upgrade the GPU in the future (doubt you'll have to if you stick with your current game choices).

With Win7 you can upgrade to Win10 for free.

Of course you can always save money too. There's quite a few other options you could utilize like the Kaveri architecture. AMD A10 series or the 860K are both good contenders f̶o̶r̶ ̶l̶e̶s̶s̶.̶ ̶I̶ ̶w̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶a̶d̶d̶ ̶a̶n̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶l̶i̶s̶t̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶l̶i̶t̶t̶l̶e̶ ̶w̶h̶i̶l̶e̶.

I don't need the copy of windows 7. Is there something else that would benefit greatly from the extras 100 dollars like a CPU and GPU?

You can save money by only getting a 500 watt psu as it seems you don't need that much of a video card depending on what other pc exclusive games you are talking about. You can get the corsair cx430 with the 750ti. You can also save money by using a different motherboard. It just all depends on what games you really intend to play.
