i would like sagestions on parts for my first desktop build. i would like to spend £600 in total but can be flexable.

spesifications: Processor i7 if not i5
Motherboard compatable with Processor (dont know much about motherboards)
Ram 4-8gb DDR3 1333/1600mhz
Graphics Card 1gb DDR5
Blu-ray and dvd rewriter
1 TB hard drive 7200 rpm
Relavent powersaply
Relavent case
19" screen

Do you intend to do any gaming on this system?

Would you consider an AMD build?

I think this would cost a bit more than £600, you can add the prices of these parts by yourself. You can always change the graphic card to something cheaper like HD5670

Anyway, I don't think you can afford an i7 or i5 with £600 budget, but i3 2100 is good CPU for gaming.

Also, i3 2100 can't overclock. So, I'm assuming that you won't overclock your CPU.

its only casual gaming so i hardly ever change the graphics settings from normal.
yes i would consider amd just never think of them as i dont know much about them.
the price of that was a bit much if it helps i can use the screen i have already got
