Build Suggestions?

what do you think of the specs?

Motherboard- Asus P5QC
Processor- Intel Core 2 Quad. 2.83 Ghz (Q9550)
Memory- Kingston Dual Channel DDR- II 800 Mhz 4GB
Graphics Card-NVidia GTS250 + TV OUT + DVI (1GB)
Hard Drive- SATA-II 500 GB (W.D/Seagate)
Burner- DVD Burner (LG/Asus/NEC Sony) 24X
Case- Thermaltake Strike MX
OS- Windows 7 Pro

Post any thoughts and suggestions .. within budget reason obviously..
And- what do you think.. Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit? (I thought about going 64)

oh yeah.. i forgot.. i already have a great PSU so no need to worry about that.

Windows 7 64 bit
I'd go with GTX 260

Is it new build or upgrade? If it is new build, don't get LGA 775.
Get i5 750/ i7 860 with $130 P55 mobo and 2x2GB DDR3 RAM.
