I'm choosing parts for a new PC and thought I would post them here and get all of your opinions before I ordered.

Rosewill Black ATX Mid Tower Case, Model "R214P" -RETAIL $29.99

Optorite 12X DVD+/-RW Dual Layer Drive, Model DD1205, Retail $56.99

Western Digital 80GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive, Model WD800JD, OEM Drive Only $66.25

Corsair Value Select 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - Retail 2pcs x $70.27

MSI "K8T NEO-FSR" K8T800 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket 754 CPU -RETAIL $76.50

AMD Athlon 64 3000+, 512KB L2 Cache 64-bit Processor - Retail $151.00

Microsoft Windows XP HOME Edition With Service Pack 2 -OEM $87.00

CHAINTECH nVIDIA GeForce FX5700LE Video Card, 256MB DDR, 128-bit, DVI/TV-Out, AGP, Model "SA5700L" -RETAIL $98.00

I am ordering all of this from newegg.com, with these parts the total is $739.71 with shipping. I don't want to spend anymore than this.

Is this a decent setup? I play a few games but I don't care if the graphics are on high.
Also, since the hdd is OEM do I need to order cables for it?

Thanks for your help,
Sven

Get an NF3-250 board ... you'll want to squeeze as much performance as you can :)
