WIndows 10 Building a gaming computer for two.

I would possibly like a computer just for gaming, but not so much online gaming. Mostly solo or for two people in the same room. So it would need to be able to have two separate monitors and peripherals. That way I can play command & conquer with a friend in real time. Does any type of system work like that?

Sounds like you're basically talking about taking two PC's and playing on a LAN. Look up lan parties and that should tell you what you need.
