This will be my second PC build and this is my shopping list of what I'm looking at buying. Let me know what you think and if you have any other suggestions that would be great.

well unless you plan to overclock that cooling is a waste, and if you do only the p and z mobo's support cpu overclocking i think, and i don't think i saw a copy of windows on that list either, tell us your budget and planned use then we can prob get this going right, in the end i think the amd phenom x4 955 BE might be a better choice for your budget
 
the ti is a faster and newer revision based on the same design or something like that, but it is faster, but with your budget i'd do this

and i actually already had this done from something a few days ago that fits you just right, it uses that gpu you posted but for the money it will be best probably
