I was planning on building a gaming rig and ...well i am a newbee on this. I was wondering if someone could take a look at my list and see if i need anything else other than the listed items.

Hardrive
Processor
Motherboard
Optical Drive
ddr3 ram 4gb

Power

Keyboard + Mouse ( bt)
Monitor

Also if you guys could give me some tips on what product i should go with, it would be great

Well i was doing a cost analysis just to see how much it would run me in total to buy this system over tiger direct. it is going to run me a total of 1000.00.
This is with the shipping and handeling

ATX Case : Ultra M923 ATX Black
Hardrive WD : 1TB
Processor : i7
Motherboard : (Research)
Optical Drive : samsung
ddr3 ram 4gb : ocz fata1ity
video card : evga geforce 3500
Power : Power up 550 W

I was going through the list and i was wondering do i have to buy the ethernet modem and the sound card seperatly or does the mobo come with it? Also whats the best motherboard i can go with?
