building a new comp and need some help

i am looking to build a comp that i can basically watch movies and upload/download and stream on and the occasional burn both cd and dvd i need cheap parts i am on a budget big time also looking to put wireless on it for internet

Wireless is not good for streaming and uplaoding/downloading, honestly. It's better just to route an ethernet cable along the wall or under the floor or something.

what is your budget? Do you need a monitor/keyboard/mouse/operating system or just the tower?

well it will probably be a piece by piece job and cheap is really good with my current job situation i work day to day and sometime only get a few days a month so cheap is very good for me, but i have a moniter keyboard mouse all that and a tower case i really just need the guts of the computer, and as far as wireless on the tower im gonna have both wireless and plug in on it so i can do both with it depending on the internet setup i choose to go with
