Building a new computer ( Semi Gaming )

I don't know much about hardware so forgive me for stupid questions or comments
So looking to build a new pc since the one i have currently is over 7 years old ;x, And would like to play the new game UT3 on it too... So far this is what i got in mind.
CPU + Motherboard + Ram

For the video card I'm leaning towards.

Thats what i got so far.
As for the hard disk, I have a maxtor 250GB connected to my cpu atm and am planing on using it here too ( I have a spare 13 gb hard disk for the older system. ) The label says Maxtor PATA133, Is that compatible with the motherboard I'm planing on getting?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks.
