building a new computer

I'm thinking about building a new computer. I've got some parts figured out, but I want other peoples opinions on them before I decide what to get.
You should know that I plan on using this computer as a mini server. I don't plan on doing any gaming on it at all. I plan on using it for burning DVDs, and other small things such as IRC, bittorrent, and file storage. This doesn't need to be a powerful computer. I've already got another computer that is powerful. I just need this computer to perform the above tasks. I do plan on keeping it running 24/7 too.

Here's the parts that I've picked out:

Case:

Mobo:

PSU:

CPU:

RAM:

HDD:

DVD Burner:

CPU Heatsink:

What do you think so far? What can I improve on? I didn't put much thought in a graphics card since I don't plan on doing any gaming with this machine, so I figured integrated would work fine. I already have a monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and operating system.

My budget is $600

What that CPU and mobo be compatible? The CPU has a FSB of 800MHz, but the mobo only supports CPUs with FSB of 1333/1066 MHz.

lower fbs's are supported.

don't spend the money on the heatsink... useless.
rather spend some money on a good airflow with some casefans.

and if you're going to upgrade it later on, extra disks and crap.
I would get a big chieftec server case costs about the same but gives you enormous amounts of space.

i dont care what PSU you get specifically, but dont buy a Rosewell cheapy and waste all your effort having your powersupply burn out. Go with brands like Antec and OCZ, PC Power and Cooling for your PSU.
