Building a New Computer

I am in the process of building a new computer. I think that I have picked out the parts that I want. Being this is my first build I would like a little help in ensuring that all the parts are compatible and that I haven't overlooked anything. If I missed something or if something is incompatible please let me know. Thanks

I Already have a 500GB Data Drive that is SATA that I will continue to use as well as a Blu-Ray/ DVD-RW SATA that I will also use in this computer.

The 450 is an okay card but you might want to bump it up a little if possible. Maybe a 6850?

Power Supply and GPU

I think I will probably go with one of those power supplies you recommended but I am not sure which yet. Thanks. The GPU I would love to spend more and get a much better one but my wife has put a price cap on me and the one I have selected is keeping me below that cap. I do plan on upgrading that as soon as she will let me.
I appreciate all the input.
