Building a new desktop

Ok so I'm planning on building myself a new desktop. I had a look around for the best stuff to get and came up with the list below and how much every things going to cost me. Im building a full set up. Please let me know if you think I should swap some components for something with better value.
By the way im posting from Australia so things might seem a bit over priced but thats how it is here. Thanks guys

also maybe instead of the i7 with Asrock motherboard Ive heard good things about:

the cost of both set-ups are roughly the same no significant difference in price
