hey, i am about to put together my computer, but have just been thinking of my keyboard and mouse. I opted for a wireless one, which i assume will need drivers installed for it to work. If i am turning on my computer for the first time, how am i supposed to get the keyboard to work if i can get into the bios or do anything really???? please get back with your suggestions,,,thanks:D

no if it is wireless , you should have a receiver that plugs into a usb port
just make sure you have batterys in your keyboard and mouse
make sure the batteries are good also,,, there also may be a reset on the mouse and keyboard,,, to sync up

mine went through batteries, so i got rechargeable ones, had a set charging , rechargables will drop real fast at the end of there power curve .

yay,its ok, i built my first pc ever, and it took me less than 2 hours, dats including installing the operating system,,,,,im sooo proud!
