Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out here? Im after building my own computer & have set myself a budget of £600 for the components. I basically need it for gaming.

Any recommendations welcome please!

Thanks in advance!

By the way im after purchasing everything from...http://www.scan.co.uk

£600 not include OS, monitor?

And why going to scan.co.uk? they are usually more expensive...

Well say £500 because im spending £100 on a cheap monitor & i already have Windows Vista,

only chose scan because it was recommended by a cousin

He probably won't go over 4GB. That'll last him 2-3 years, and by that time, quad's will be pretty outdated.

I'd also try to get in a 512MB 8800GT...
