Building a PC mainly for CAD software

Hello everyone,

I am an undergraduate student majoring in architecture. I want to build a computer to develop 3D model as well as to output drawings. However, I nearly know nothing about computer, so I want the help from you guys.

There are two kinds of software I usually use. One is CAD software such as SketchUp and Rhino. The other is image processing software such as Adobe Photoshop.

For the price, please do not be luxurious. I think about 1000 us dollars is perfect.
