Corsair Valueselect DDR400 2 x 512 $73.80
XFX 6600GT 128 Mb GDDR3 PCI-E $144.95
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 160 Gb SATA $77.00

Sony Floppy $10.00
COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 $54.99
AMS PP-460 $54.99
Windows XP Professional $136.95
Total: $807.66

Is there any way of me selling it for more than $800 or will I be stuck with a schity system.

well it all depends if a person really wants it. becuase it is an auction....
how much do you mant to make out of it? $100, $200???
Is all the parts new? or used?
you could sell part by part.
Also dont jack up the shipping cost. Most ebay sellers do and it turns away potential buyers.

you might be able to sell it for 900-1000 on ebay. btw you arent old enough to sell stuff on ebay you have to be atleast 18 years old. unless one of your parents are going to be selling it for you on ebay

Well obviously lol, I cant buy the stuff either...

All the components would be new. I was thinking of putting a reserve, but if that draws away people than mybe I'll have a buy-it-now. Would free shipping draw costumers? Thats not necassarily waht I would build, I'm just trying to figure out if I want to sell a comp how to do it.

yes but you have consider that you will be paying for it yourself and that takes away from the profit.

Also showing pictures is good way to show that costumers they arnt going to be ripped off. Take pics of all the parts and give info on it. Its nice to give lots of info about the parts so the customer knows wat he/she is getting and it shows that you know your stuff.
It would be good to find what customers you'll be targeting. for example if its more of a gaming comp you'll want to target the gamers. Say things like it will handle the latest games out to date like FEAR and Quake 4 or maby give a free game.

If you really want to kno more on how to sell, try finding a book on buisness or advertising. Or even look at other computers that are being sold and see if you'll want to buy or not buy the comp and why, then use that info to sell your comp.

MAke sure you have good reviews. Sell some smaller things and build a positive rep. No one would buy that from an ebayer with 0 or negative reviews
