That setup looks good to me.

I haven't heard that much about the Zalman cooler you were talking about, but I heard that the XP-90 is a good cooler.

I assume you already have a case + PSU? Make sure the voltages/rails are good for that system...Read PSU 101 if you haven't already :)

I have a Chieftec Alum Matrix case and I'm thinking about a Enermax 535W PSU for down the road upgrading?......or do you think I'd be ok going with the 420W. I wasnt sure if I would need more power because the case will have 5 fans alone.

Looks pretty dang solid all around .. changes would depend on the budget :)

I think I wanna go with the Zalman 7000-Cu, and not the THERMALRIGHT XP-90.
Except the XP90 is handsdown superior :confusedL

I'm thinking about a Enermax 535W PSU for down the road upgrading?......or do you think I'd be ok going with the 420W.

Yeah them Chieftecs are just like Chenming cases except with a steel body
