Building computers. Can i have a guid? a tutorial?

I want to build my own first computers. Does anyone know how?

Tuorials, website for parts,books, video, anything will help.

And how much does the total price, average? :confused:

depends on what you need..main parts you'll need are
Case,Powersupply,hard drive, ram, mobo, cd/dvd drive, and a processer....and it all depends on what you want to buy..a gameing computer...around 800-1000 about...
 
if you pay 800-1000 for a gaming computer i feel sorry for you man, you get better for cheaper, my rig only cost me 400 but i already had my vcard and i can play all the games, except bf2 cause my vcard isnt the greatest
 
800 to 1000 isnt rediculous for a gaming computer. a person can easily spend 200 on just a vid card that is decent, not top of the line. and a processor with a good frame rate will cost $$$ too. 800 to 1000 is about right for a gaming comp. of course, if ur not a hardcore gamer, you could always cut corners. ;)
 
haha SFR, anyways, i threw my computer together fine with just the instructions that came with the parts. it has pictures and everything, just read them carefully.
