Building Computers In Europe

I was wondering if it is possible to build computers fit for European use from the components you can get off, say, tigerdirect.com? I want to open a shop pin Eastern Europe custom building computers. I obviously won't be building the computers myself as you can see by my lack of any kind of computer literacy, I plan on recruiting someone in the area to do it. What would be the best way to do this? I want to ship components over there, then people can choose what kind of case they want, processor, memory, etc... Where is the best place to get quality components to build a desktop and would they work in Europe?

like GCR said.. the powersupply that goes into the mains of the country is the only difference. all other components are build by standards, and are the same. (slot and voltage/power wise :) )
