What I need to know:
If I need everything on that list
A good but cheap graphics card
Anything cheaper that is recommended
Do I need anything else
If everything is compatible

I am open to any recommendations, I would like to spend a little less then what is above so recommendations PLEASE. Buget is like 700 and MAYBE 800 MAX

You have outdated stuff. And of you want a gaming computer, you do NOT spend a lot on components and get a cheap GPU. The GPU is what really matters in gaming. A i7 makes no difference over a i5 btw. Use this as a baseline:

Modify it a little for the sales, but its a pretty good build already.

Speed, your builds really kinda suck at the prices. Somehow you can get a 270 and 8320 build up to $700.

Can't access the page with your case but the rest looks fine. What graphics card are you going for? R9 270X?

All the parts are compatible, yes.

You only need aftermarket CPU cooling if you're overclocking.

I would recommend the CX600M over the CX600 - it's modular so you only use the cables you need. Means less cable clutter.
