I would go with an am2+ or am3 setup over socket 775, as socket 775 is end of life and being phased out pretty much. That case has horrible integrated liquid cooling, either get a nice air cooling case or build your own liquid cooling setup.

If I buy another cooling system should I just switch too a different case with a better system? Can you give me some tips on what might be some good cases/cooling seperate or inbuilt?

Thanks so much for that ill probably go for the third case you suggested its pretty nice..
In terms of what else ive got besides fan / case are there any other recomendations?
And which processor would probably be best? I want like maximum performance at a cheapish price..
Im buying from a company called UMART!

Hmm, umart doesnt appear to have the 777 on their website.

I would look to see if you cannot get either a phenom II 710 or Phenom II 920 for a reasonable price(the 710 should cost around the same as the E7400 if not less), as they are triple and quad cores respectively.
