It will, it just runs at a lower speed.

If the RAM OK light is green then it isn't the RAM, look elsewhere for the problem.
 
It's red. In manual it says to hold the button until it starts blinking. So it starts blinking red and reboots couple of times after about 3 mins its back to solid red and stays, every other fan is spinning and there is no beeps.
 
Nothing is going to put me off good mood just now so quit trying......if you had ASUS mobo you'd known what I am talking about.

Just googled up a pic of that mobo you purchased,One sexy looking board i must say!
 
It's alright actually, about 15fps more in Dirt2 and the system is up in like 30 seconds. No need to wait, after you log in you can start pressing stuff and there is no lag at all, Win 7 rates it at 7.3 and RAM is at 7.5.

Not bad,Windows 7 rates my system the following

Hard drive is the bottleneck..thats why its getting replaced.
