Building mini HTPC, Am I missing anything?

Why are you going for H77 sandy/ivy parts when you can get at least haswell or low end skylake parts for the same price? Also, a ~1 TB SSD isn't a very good value proposition when you don't have enough money for the rest of the build already.

That CPU and motherboard aren't compatible.

Also keep in mind that motherboards come with sata cables.

1TB SSD in an HTPC. Seriously? Movies not loading fast enough for you?
LOL no I'm getting a TV tuner put into the system and it is for DVRing shows so I have lots of space. I'm also going to use it as a portable gaming PC with a wifi card. Do I have all the needed parts to build or not?

Having an SSD for accessing video files is completely pointless and a massive waste of money.

Portable gaming PC? No dedicated GPU? K.
