Building my first comp, need help picking memory/ram

hi im kinda new to all this but i have been researching around and came across these deals for memory.

i am deciding between these memory and have no idea which one is right for me, im building this for a gaming computer and maybe photoshop every now and then but not on too large resolutions.

here are the rams/memorys:

question concerning option 3, if i was to buy 2 of the single channel 4gb sticks, would they be the same as the dual channel if i had both installed? if not, would it be a huge difference from the dual channel one?

& incase ur wondering, here are the rest of the parts i have or plan to get to complete the rest of the computer:

Processor: AMD Phenom ii X4 965 BE
MoBo: Asus Crosshair Forumula IV 890FX
Memory/RAM: _____
VideoCard: either xfx 5770 juniper xt or waiting another week for the radeon6000 series for release, will mostly end up crossfiring within a month or two.
PowerSupply: 750W Fatal1ty
Cpu Cooler: Coolermaster V6 Dynaloop
SSD: OCZ Vertex 2 40GB
HDD: Samsung 1TB
Case: HAF 932 AMD Version

also if theres anything wrong with the build that u can see, please let me know, this is my first time building a computer and i plan to eventually get into overclocking. thanks!

option #1 because it's two sticks, the second set is a triple channel kit for intel x58 systems, and the the third set is only one stick which means no dual channel.

On your build, The CPU, get a 955 rather than 965. It is the exact same chip, but the 955 is cheaper. Only difference is on the 955 the multiplier is set to x16, on the 965 it is set to x17, and this can be changed in the BIOS.

Video card, wait for the 6000 series. If they are out of your price range, or don't live up to the hype, then it will put the prices of the 5000 series cards down anyway, so even if you find it is better to go for the 5770 after all, you will be paying less.

Power supply, the OCZ units aren't amazing quality, they are ok, but not great. The cables on that unit are also too short for your case, and neither your case nor your power supply comes with extensions, so you would either have to buy them, or swap powre supply. I recommend the latter, because you can get deals with memory:

both of which will support 2 x 5770's, and *should*, so long as the 6000 series cards don't end up ridiculously power hungry like the fermi cards were, be able to power 2 6000 series cards as well
