Building my FIRST computer, need assistance :)

Okay dokie! I have revamped my setup. Give me a yes or no on setup, and it is well within my budget too! Hurray! Here goes:

Motherboard: Gigabyte 775 P35 $110
Processor: Intel Q6600 Quad Core 2.4 G0 $280
Memory: Corsair XMS2 4GB $200
Graphics: MSI 8800 GTX 768MB $510
Hard Drive: Seagate 7200 250GB $70
Power Supply: Apevia Iceberg 680 Watt $120
OS: Vista Ultimate 64-bit $180
