+1, only thing i would change, is if you have the budget this mobo has a better chipset:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128376

And this memory has pretty much identical specs for a little cheaper;)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231166

And question to the OP- what brand is the power supply you have? A quality 750W is alot different from a cheaper brand 750W.

hmm? what would u recommend even if its over my budget.
How much would we be talking over budget? A 4850 can be had for around $100 before and $90 after rebate:

To be honest, i would go for a 4850, as far as price to performance at the moment its a great card. And maybe even spend the extra on this motherboard, it supports crossfire so you could add another 4850 down the road(as your power supply has plenty of power for another one).

So say you went with a combination of bodaggit's and my suggestions for a list like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131381
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103649

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231166

You would be at $383.96 before rebates.

Now that might even leave enough room for this 4870 1GB:

The 4870 is one of the higher end ati cards next to the 4890 and 4870x2. The 4670 is quite a bit slower, and close in performance to a last generation 3850. HIS makes good cards, as does sapphire, might have had a lemon of a card. Only manufacturer i tend to avoid is powercolor..
