Building my First Gaming Desktop

Hello all Im Joey Nice to meet you all.

Ok as of the last few weeks i wanted to buy a new computer and my friend enlightened me to build one because it was cheaper and i was on a limited budget.

i was looking to spend about 800 or a little more if needed.

I wanted to build a Desktop that was for Gaming and can play the new Starcraft 2 on and other new games if needed

Case - Do you really need full tower? It is quite big.

Video card - 5830 may not worth the money, but that is the only card available at that price point.

Everything looks fine execpt the motherboard, change to this one.

Not much of a fan of MSI motherboards or Thermaltake power supplies, But they would be fine.

I would change the hardrive to a Western Digital Black, Seagate 7200.12 or Samsung F3

Just change the motherbord.gigabyte is good motherboard or asus.msi is not bad also.it upto u now.but asus and gigabyte is my suggestion.about ur VGA Just use nvidia gtx280 or more better than it if u want only nvidia.for gaming ati is fine but not the best.ofcourse these days ATI has been developed very much and its getting beter than Geforce but for gaming only Geforce.XfX is a good brand for both ati and nvidia.googbye.:cool:

I ordered the mother board you said i should, i was able to replace the one i bought by accident

also i kept the Black edition

so after those changes does everything look good to you?
