Building new computer need some help

Hello

so i m building a new computer and i need some help if everything would work perfect...

AeroCool Vs-3 Advance USB 3.0,
ASUS Gryphon Z97 "Armor Edition"
Intel Core™ i7 4790
Kingston PC3-14900 "HyperX Fury" 8192 MB
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 TI "WindForce OC"
Seagate ST1000NM0033 "Constellation® ES.3" (1TB)
Power Supply i would use from my old computer (LC Power Silent Power LC600H-600W/12 V2.31)
Cooling system i would also use from my old computer (Cooler Master Hyper 412S)

So i need some advices if i could get anything better for the same price i m just abit woried i would have to buy new power supply i dont know if 600W will be enough..
 
Personally would get i5 4690K and use the spare money to get GTX 760
I never heard of LC PSU, and thus i can't comment the quality of it.

How much is ASUS Gryphon Z97 "Armor Edition"? It looks like an expensive mobo.

HDD: Do you need expnesive ES version?
