Hi all, I'm trying to build a new gaming pc, but I'm not too sure about the specs. I just got recommendation from my friends about this specs. My budget is not too high, so he say this should do, but I just want more recommendation from you guys. Thanks.

Intel Core i5 2400 3.1 GHz LGA1155 Quad Core 4 Threads 6MB Integrated Graphics
Cooler Master CM Storm Enforcer Black Ultra Gaming Case
Asus P8Z68-M PRO
Cooler Master 650W GX Power Supply
Cooler Master V8 Multi Socket CPU Cooler
Asus ENGTX560 TI DCII/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX560 Ti 1GB 256Bit GDDR5 2x DVI mini-HDMI
Corsair 6GB kit (3x2GB) DDR3 2000MHz Unbuffered CL 9 DIMM Memory
OCZ Agility 3 60Gb 2.5inch SATA III SSD
WesternDigital WD10EARX 1TB 64M IntelliPower SATA3 Caviar Green
Asus Xonar DG PCI Gaming souAsus Xonar DG PCI Gaming soundcard
Sony AD7280SGB SATA Black Internal DOUBLE Layer Multiformat 24x DVD±RW OEM
Arctic Cooling Premium Thermal Compound MX-4

several things that you need to change. The Hard drive would be better off with a 1TB WD Black, not green. Its a more reliable drive, and you will see a great big speed increase on it.
V8 is an old heatsink. You will see better cooling performance with a 212 or a V6GT. Probably cheaper too.
SB motherboards are DUAL channel. that TRI channel ram kit will end you up in a single channel situation, witch is bad. You need a Dual or Quad channel kit. 2x4Gb is fine.

CPU - i5 2500K or no point of getting aftermarket heatsink if you are not overclocking
Mobo - I usually recommend standard ATX instead of m-ATX. Up to you.
PSU -Get a better brand like Seasonic/ Corsair/ Antec, etc
RAM - 2 x 4GB

Agreed except the power supply. Cool master is not bad at all.

Cooler master psu is not bad. but you usually find something better for similar price

CM GX 650 is $90 with MIR $20 at newegg

With similar price, you can also find Corsair TX 650 V2, XFX Core edition 650w, Antec EA650, which I believe they are better than GX 650

One more question, do I need a network card for it? Or is it included in the mobo? I actually plan to use Asus P8Z68-V-LE instead of Asus P8Z68-M PRO. Thanks for your input all
