Building new system

I'm building a new system:
-MSI P35 neo MB
-Intel E4500 Dual-core processor
-Geforce 8400 GC
-PVR 150 TV tuner card
-500Gb SATA 3.0gb/s HDD
-Soundblaster PCI card
-4gb DDR2 800 RAM

I have a CoolerMaster PSU with a MAX output power of 400W (Cooler Master RS-430-PCAR). Will this PSU be enough to power my system or do I need something bigger?

If I say anything larger you will hear the comments of "you don't need any more!". For any plans on ocing or simply adding drives and devices in then the answer would be "YES"! For running stock anything over 350-380w will work with light loads for the basics.

I won't be OC'ing, I'll be running a HTPC/PVR, which will encode/convert video files from mpeg->Divx for example.. I'll also have a DVD+-RW installed. I think I'll give this PSU a shot and see how it goes. Everyone agrees?

I was wondering about whether or not you were planning one or two optical drives. For just one drive alone and even two that doesn't place any big load on a smaller supply. Working with video and burning to disk however will place more of the load on cpu time where having a dual core not single cpu will pick up the slack there.
