building pc for sister

hi guys my sisters going to start her 2nd year in uni and i want to build her a pc all she does is go on MSN download music(play them on itunes) and surf the web and she maybe start to download movies now(play using DivX) i cant decide between number 1 or number 7

You cant get a custom build? I would give her a P4 3.2, 1GB Ram(Cause no one likes a slow computer...) and probably 150GB HD since shes a downloader...
 
for doing what shes doing i would just get an ok processor with a bit of hard drive space and at least 512 mb of ram. if she wants to watch movies get a nice screen
 
1. Are you building a PC for sister? Or buying one?
2. #7 has a better chipset but neither company is decent
 
Number #7 is better, but if u custom build it is alot cheaper if u know places that sell cheaper parts. Number #7 needs a bigger hard drive, u should just upgrade to 200 gig since its really cheap now
