Firstly, there's no video card included. You'll either need to get one or switch to a motherboard that has integrated video.

Secondly, that's one of the top S939 motherboards, and is a little out of balance with the rest of the system. I'd save a little on the motherboard, and put it into upgrading to a Dual Core CPU.

Thirdly, if you're going for an AMD based system, I'd consider a socket AM2 based build. A Core 2 Duo would be better still, but will add a little to the price.

Fourthly, you'd get slightly better performance with 2x512MB RAM in Dual Channel than with 1x1GB.

Other that that, it looks like a good build.
