Bulk buy Windows OS?

Anyone know of a way I can get cheap price on Windows?
I was hoping to pay $30 for a copy of Windows Vista Basic.
I'm sure Dell pays like $10 for one licence. I want similar pricing

I know $90 was not close to what you were looking for. If it helps, newegg.com does have the best service I have ever witnessed. I've never had a bad experience with newegg. Any problem that i have ever heard of that is related to newegg, they have bent over backward to correct the problem. That alone has to be worth $10 or more dollars. Good luck with your search. Aside from being a MS partner and ordering several 100 or 1000 of licenses, I can't see a $30 dollar purchase.

Newegg offers Multi-Pack savings, but it doesn't drop the price to what you want.
