Bulk OS purchases ?

Hello,

I'm just starting a computer business and am interested in custom building computers as part of my business.

My question is about purchasing operating systems - is there someone that sells them in bulk or at discount/wholesale prices?

Paying retail for XP or Vista bumps the price of the computers beyond what I want to charge for a decent mid-range, average user system.

become an Microsoft certified business partner and official OEM builder. You can then get bulk orders of OSes from MS that are OEM and can be preinstalled on your systems.

It will cost you time/money and you have to qualify to become a partner.
