hey so at my school we want to setup a "electric bulletin board" so we have 2 video cards with 2 adapters each (so 4 displays) my question. is there some software that will like have a calender and displays whats going on that is easy to manage? also with windows remote desktop. are you able to see or move to each screen to see what its displaying? like if say moniter 1 is the main and 2-5 and extended, if i log on remotly can i see what is in screen 2-5?
 
yeah tried everything. it really does not seem that hard. also if i try to vnc to it it only gives me one screen thus i cant do anything about moving windows around.
 
im confused as to how the layout of this thing is gonna be displayed. why do you need four displays, are you gonna have them all together to make a square, or just one long line of calendar?
 
well have the desktop extended on each. so one thing in each, may be a calendar in on, a event, pictures, info etc.
