Bunch of unwanted default from factory apps

I was wondering if there was a way to delete all these unwanted things on my laptop because when i try it says TrustInstaller does not allow it. Its mostly all the default things that came with the laptop. This laptop only has a 70gb hdd i barely have anything in this laptop but my music that takes up 12gb and i have about 1gb left of space. Kind of annoying having the pop up saying you are running out of memory, please free up space.

Best way is to do a clean install of Windows but if you don't want to do that download and install CCleaner, Click the tools button and from there you can uninstall programs.
