burn a dvd

i am looking to burn a film of my laptop to a blank dvd disk
i have a dvd rw

whats the best program that will allow me to do this, like it be simple and user friendly if possible.

looked at nero on google but there are so many diffrent sites and worried incase i get hit with a virus.

looking for a FREE and LIFETIME program.

http://infrarecorder.org/ should work. Its free and works for a lot of different projects.
