Burning a video to dvd

I just purchased a movie from Itunes and I am trying to put it on dvd so I can watch it on tv. I am having a little trouble. I understand that it is DRM protected and I need to remove that or convert it. Is there a free program that can do this? I have tried many different programs but I have to buy them for it to work. Sometimes the program just stops working.

I'm not sure that question can be answered here as it involves circumventing copy protection. Can't you play via another route such as PC connected to TV?

It's a pity that you cannot buy movies in multiple formats other than shelling out the full price for each. Many new movies are coming out as combo-packs with both Blu-Ray and dvd disks.

You're not allowed to burn purchased movies from the iTunes store onto DVD. So therefore we cannot help you.
