wat other programs should i use to burn in my comp other than prime95 and Pifast?
i have d/l memtest but i found you need a floppy drive which i dont have. is there any alternative and if so how???
or should prime95 and PiFast be enough??

SiSoftwareSandra had a burn-in test I know (I haven't used it in a long time so I don't know what it does much of anymore).

kk thx guys

there is memtest86+ in ISO format, just use an image burning prog to burn the image onto the CD and then boot up with the CD in the drive, it should start right up.
umm i have no idea wat program does that image burning....could i just do the drag and drop to the empty cd? how about nero7? if nero, how?

download a trial of Alcohol 120% and use its image burning wizard, this would be the easiest way to do it. Nero can do it but I only have Nero 6 so I'm not sure how the different versions work.

what does that mean to burn in your comp. do you have to do it. what will happen if you dont burn in your new comp.

nothing will happen if you dont. burning allows you to see what your machine can do. and if you complete it all succesfully then your good to go.
