Hey does anyone know how to or if it is possible to burn music from a website. For example, the website has the option of downloading the music directly to Windows Media Player, but I am not able to copy it to a CD from that. Is there some sort of ripper or converter that will allow me to? Thanks.

you can get programs which record anything which your soundcard is playing. cant think of any off hand but you should be able to find one by searching google for "capture from sound card" + "free download" or something along those lines.

Do you have the latest version of windows media player and a cd burner and some cd-r's. If so then it should work, I know my comp can burn mp3s to cds.

Some streamed content is trransmitted with a playlist file and you can't save the file or anything

yes there is a way you can download the stream because it comes in like a mms:// something something..(similar to that) so you can' save it.. but with this program you can.. its called StreamBox VCR. go to www.afterdawn.com. look under software. gL
