Burning questions

Is their anyway to copy DVD movies from a CD R/RW drive, that will play on a PS 2 Dvd player? A program download or do I have to have a DVD burner?

i think the only way to burn a movie using a cd burner is to burn VCD's. they might work on a PS 2 but unsure.
