Buy a computer for image processing

I will buy a computer which mainly process the image from electron microscope, the computer should have a strong CPU and GPU, also need a big hard disk and memory.

So which computer company is good for me?

I think most people would suggest that you buy individual parts and build on your own, rather than buying pre-built. It's actually very simple and cost a lot less. Not only that, parts are often of better quality.
You are working with normal 2D images right? If that's the case, a powerful GPU isn't a must. What budget are you looking at?
