Buying a gaming monitor, what meets these requirements?

I need a monitor I can mount on my wall 6 inches above my desk. It needs fast response time, 1080p resolution, and an HDMI port. Between 24 and 30 inches is good, but it can't exceed 200 bucks. Thanks for the help, I really need it.

What is a fast response time for you? Here are the only monitors on newegg below $200 and above 24" with HDMI.

Gateway has LED, which is less strain on the eyes and less power consumption, has faster response time, and both have good reviews. I would probably go with the gateway.

Ok, I'm not really good with this stuff. I am better with CPU's and stuff. I want to keep my min screen size to 24 inches and the max is 30 inches. I also can go up to $250. What is good in this range. I am going to me using it to play my PS3 on, so I want a good one.
