what motherboard do u guys suggest under 100 dollars which supports sli or crossfire.intel is prefered but can do with amd and .also has to be future proof.thanks to all

Intel is not 'future proof'. They will change socket for the mainstream 2009Q3
AMD is not perform really well at the moment, not suggest going for that.

If you looking for SLi, go for a 780i board, such that they support SLi in full speed.
Similarly, if you go for Crossfire, X38/X48 are the one you look for.

Both looking at approx. $200
